Park Hill Art Club Spring Show and Sale Artist Reception
Please join artists and art lovers at The Park Hill Art Club Spring 2023 Art Show and Sale, March 31-April 2, at the Park Hill United Methodist Church (longtime supporter of PHAC) at 5209 Montview Blvd in Denver.
Park Hill Art Club has been around a since 1974. Its rich 49-year tradition has focused on regular community art education and semi-annual community art shows. It has been a place for artist to learn, grow, and connect.
Post-pandemic, PHAC had lost some momentum, and in 2022 had to both find both a new location and a way to rejuvenate the club. Luckily, the Art Gym at 1460 Leyden in Denver was able to provide the club with both the new location and the fresh start.
The new Park Hill Art Club is not the regular ongoing adult art school it used to be, but is finding new ways to collaborate with and educate artists. Fortunately, many “old” PHAC instructors have followed the new club into the new location supporting the clubs tradition of excellent education. Currently, PHAC is also seeking to attract new instructors and new artists that can bring new ideas and fresh approaches to the club.
The semi-annual Park Hill Art Club Show and Sale has long been a way for emerging and established artists, amateurs and professionals, to exhibit and sell art in a friendly community setting.
