Panda Express® is celebrating the grand opening of its new location in Norfolk with an official community celebration.
WHAT: Festivities for the Panda Express grand opening celebration will include an official ribbon-cutting ceremony, a large check donation to the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore and a special gift for the first lucky 88 guests in line.
