Palo Santo has significant symbolism during seasons of change - it is the only aromatic plant that has to go through a natural death in order to gain it's healing and aromatic properties - representing new beginnings, rebirth and a fresh start. Connecting to this botanical treasure can facilitate healing and enhance creativity to tap into your true purpose. As you clear out negative patterns, space will be created to become the conduit of your source energy to recalibrate your nervous system, leaving you grounded and at peace.
Our journey of the senses will take you through a nourishing practice of energy cleansing movement, guided meditation and SOMA breathwork amplified by the sacred medicine of Palo Santo. SOMA breathwork will allow you to experience coherence breathing - aimed at aligning your energy with prosperity and good fortune. Sync your breath with your heart's rhythm and open yourself to abundance.
