Palm Harbor Museum will bring you four 2024 free Family Intergenerational Discovery Days — all on Saturdays from 11 AM to 2 PM. Mark your calendar for Saturdays February 17, April 20, August 3, and December 14. Our First 2024 Family Intergenerational Discovery Day brought to you by Pinellas Community Foundation and Faith Mission Grant is Sat., February 17 from 11 to 2. Join us for all or part of this time as we celebrate President's Day and American history with crafts, activities, games, and discoveries. Our indoor exhibits, Grove House, and outdoor native landscape exhibit will be open for your enjoyment, including the public opening of our newest exhibit, "Marriage & Mayhem in the Sunshine State" Our beautiful Wind Phone—inspired by the "Kaze No Denwa" (The Phone of the Wind) that was created by 72-year-old garden designer Itaru Sasaki in Japan and dedicated at our Founder's Day 40th Birthday Celebration last year—is available for you to experience as well. Enjoy Culver's frozen custard and other refreshments. This free community event is open to all ages and includes: Fun activities and tours of our collection. Arts & crafts for President's Day and American history The opening of our newest historical exhibit, "Marriage & Mayhem in the Sunshine State" Free refreshments and Culver's frozen custard While you're visiting, walk through our Native Florida Landscape and view our informational signage that conveys stories about our local history and explains how early humans and and subsequent settlers to North Pinellas grew and used these plants for food, resources, inspiration and beauty.
