Palm City Beer Pairing Dinner at Tanglewood – A Southern Kitchen
Hyatt Regency Coconut Point has partnered with Palm City Brewing Co., based out of Ft. Myers, to host a five-course beer pairing dinner at Tanglewood – A Southern Kitchen.
The event will take place on Saturday, December 14 at 7 p.m. and diners will receive the Tanglewood & Palm City Shandy cocktail upon arrival. The meal will begin with a honey nut squash paired with the EIN Hazify IPA, followed by a serving of low country goulash paired with the Blank Czech Pilsner. It will continue with poached pear dish paired with the Guild & Palm Lager, and then a venison tenderloin paired with the Hazify Maxxx Triple IPA. The meal will conclude with a serving of German chocolate cake paired with Mommy’s PSL Pumpkin brew.
The beer pairing dinner is $85 per person plus tax and gratuity. Availability is limited and reservations are required by calling (239) 390-4290.
