PACIFIC CITY TURNS 10: HOSTS ‘A DECADE BY THE SEA’ CELEBRATION
Pacific City, an open-air, lifestyle shopping, dining and entertainment destination across from the iconic Huntington Beach Pier in Huntington Beach, California (https://www.gopacificcity.com), invites the community to help it celebrate its 10th anniversary by attending “A Decade by the Sea – Pacific City Turns 10,” a milestone event, on Saturday, September 20th. The festivities include a free Children’s Carnival from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. featuring face painting, birthday-hat decorating, sweet treats (while supplies last), a bubble dance party, and community partner booths. Later, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., there will be an adults-only Sunset Celebration with live island/reggae-inspired music by Headshine, sips and bites from on-site restaurants, birthday cake, photo ops, and a spin-to-win prize wheel. A $20 donation includes two drinks (21+), all food, and a chance to win a prize; proceeds benefit the Huntington Beach International Surfing Museum and its 2026 initiatives. The Children’s Carnival is free of charge and open to the public; no pre-registration is required.
