PACIFIC CITY TO HOST AN AFTERNOON OF FESTIVE FAMILY FUN
Pacific City, an open-air, lifestyle shopping, dining and entertainment destination across from the iconic Huntington Beach Pier in Huntington Beach, California (https://www.gopacificcity.com), will host a festive community event on Sunday, December 14th, offering guests an entire afternoon of seaside holiday cheer with a centerwide Cookie Crawl from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. and a free seaside screening of “The Grinch” on the Surf Deck (Level 2) beginning just after sunset (approximately 5 p.m.). Ahead of the movie, guests can enjoy pre-show activities, including a Grinch-themed meet-and-greet and a “Best Dressed Grinch” costume contest with prizes; complimentary hot cocoa, popcorn and crafts (while supplies last); and live musical performances by OC Song & Dance and jazz vocalist Cara LaGreen. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets for the movie; no alcohol or glass allowed. Guests can also take professional holiday photos with Santa on the porch of his beachside Airstream travel trailer on the Ocean Deck; to reduce wait times, families are encouraged to make a reservation at https://bit.ly/4ngppTA. Throughout the event, visitors are invited to donate new or gently worn coats as part of the nationwide One Warm Coat campaign sponsored locally by Centennial, the firm that manages Pacific City, with all donations helping neighbors in need stay warm this winter.
