Outdoor Mindfulness
Experience history through outdoor mindfulness with Susan West Montgomery.
Is it possible to “feel” history? The layers of history at Woodlawn & Pope-Leighey are many, visible, and profound. They are seen in its natural and human-made features. They are echoed in the sights, sounds, smells, and feel of the place. In two sessions this spring, we will bring the practice of outdoor mindfulness to Woodlawn & Pope-Leighey. During these truly immersive and embodied experiences, you will be invited to slow down, to be curious, and to cultivate a deeper sense of understanding, connection, and belonging.
When:
Woodlawn, Saturday, May 9, 10:00 – 11:30 am
Pope-Leighey, Wednesday, June 17, 5:00-6:30 pm
