Outdoor Community Gentle Yoga for All with Rev Shelley Dungan at Norman Bird Sanctuary
We invite you to join us Saturday & Wednesday mornings (weather permitting) from 10:00-11:15 outdoors on Mabel's Studio lawn for these unique, slow-paced, grounding and inspiring yoga classes where the sense of community is strong and truly heart-warming. Come, find your inner sacred center in a supportive, welcoming, nature-centered atmosphere. These classes are designed to be accessible for everyone in good general health regardless of yoga experience. This all-levels gentle class will include inspiring readings and yoga poses that emphasize developing strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation and connection with Nature. Please wear comfy athletic clothing, bring your yoga mat, a large thick blanket, water, sunscreen, bug spray.
