Our Rhythms, Our Voices
For the project, Javier Jara and his team interviewed Latin American immigrants in the United States from all walks of life and turned those interviews into songs using a rhythm from the person’s homeland. The concert and the project aim to celebrate Latin American immigrants in their diversity, cultural heritage and contributions to this country and beyond.
