Opera Saratoga Presents: Festival Artist Portrait Concerts
During this can’t-miss show at the Saratoga Winery’s stunning new performance space, each rising star (nine per evening) performs the music that inspired them to become an opera singer — from operatic arias to folks songs and pop music. Each concert is hosted by a master teacher, tenor Peter Kazaras (June 4) or soprano (and Lake George Opera Festival alum) Amy Burton (June 11). These two mentors have helped the next generation’s boldface names delve deep into the music that speaks to their core, creating an electrifying experience. Shows are June 4 and 11 at 7 pm.
