Opening Reception - Visual Poetry | New Works by Siddharth Parasnis | Caldwell Snyder Gallery
Caldwell Snyder Gallery is pleased to present Visual Poetry, an exhibition of recent paintings by Siddharth Parasnis, with an opening reception on Thursday, November 13th, 5–7 PM, in San Francisco.
Parasnis blends physical space with color and form, exploring the intersection of architecture, landscape, and imagination. His layered compositions, rich in luminous hues, balance calm imagery with emotional depth, reflecting influences from de Kooning, Hopper, Oliveira, and Diebenkorn.
Born in Pune, India, and based in San Francisco since 2001, Parasnis has exhibited widely in the U.S., Europe, and India, including museum shows at the Crocker Art Museum and Bakersfield Art Museum. A Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant recipient, his work is featured in public and corporate collections and has appeared in publications such as The Huffington Post, Art Ltd., and American Art Collector.
