Opening Reception: Radiance

Dallas, TX | Laura Rathe Fine Art is pleased to announce Radiance, a dual exhibition featuring porcelain installations by Lucrecia Waggoner and abstract paintings by Audra Weaser. The show opens with a reception on October 11, 2025 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at the gallery’s Dallas Design District location. Radiance celebrates the interplay of light, texture, and emotion through two distinct yet harmonious artistic voices. Both artists explore themes of transformation and reflection, inviting viewers to experience a sense of wonder and serenity. Lucrecia and Audra’s works resonate with a sense of calm and transformation, providing a sanctuary for reflection and inspiration. Dallas-based artist Lucrecia Waggoner is renowned for her intricate, hand-sculpted porcelain installations. Inspired by the natural world and the elegance of organic forms, Waggoner creates ethereal wall compositions that evoke movement and balance. Each piece is meticulously shaped and fired, resulting in a mesmerizing interplay of shadow and light. Her installations, ranging from intimate clusters to large-scale site-specific works, bring a sense of harmony and grace to any space. Audra Weaser’s abstract paintings are known for their luminous surfaces and dynamic layers of color. Inspired by reflections in water and elements of the natural landscape, Weaser employs a unique process of building up and sanding down paint to reveal depth and texture beneath the surface. Her work captures the fleeting beauty of light and movement, creating a meditative experience for the viewer.
