Open House for Preschool - 8th Grade at St. Vincent Martyr School in Madison
St. Vincent Martyr School in Madison, NJ will host Open House events in November. An Information Session will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. for families with children entering preschool through Grade 8 in the next academic year. Parents may visit classrooms to speak with the faculty members following a formal presentation by the school administration. Students and school families will also be on hand to discuss their experiences with the school.
Tours of the school will also be given the following day, Friday, November 10, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. Please visit the school's website at https://www.svmsnj.org to register to attend these events.
St. Vincent Martyr School was recently named a 2022 Cognia™ School of Distinction for excellence in education. Cognia selected St. Vincent Martyr School as one of 96 schools out of more than 1,500 institutions eligible for this award. St. Vincent Martyr School is the only school in New Jersey to have received the honor this year.
This year, the school is celebrating its 175th anniversary. Founded in 1848 by Reverend Bernard J. McQuaid, St. Vincent Martyr School is the oldest Catholic school in the State of New Jersey.
