Open Hearth Cooking Demonstration
Spend the day with historic foodways expert and open hearth chef, Margaret Quinn at Peachfield for an afternoon of exploring historic receipts and ways to prepare them over an open flame. Have all of your curious questions about colonial cooking and historic kitchens answered, and dive into a deeper perspective of colonial life at home.
Guests will sample the colonial cooking receipts throughout the demonstration. Registration required. $20 per person
