Inspired by Owner Juan Calle’s Colombian roots, the evening features a four-course dinner curated by Executive Chef Shane Owens, with each course paired with handcrafted holiday cocktails from Buena Vida’s bar manager.
The special menu reimagines traditional Colombian holiday dishes through a modern lens. Highlights include buñuelos with honey mustard, comforting ajiaco soup, Caribbean coconut rice with shrimp and fried natilla, a crisp, custard-like dessert dusted with cinnamon and sugar. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a holiday-inspired cocktail to complement the flavors and spirit of the season.
This intimate dinner offers an unforgettable night of storytelling, flavor and Buena Vida hospitality. Tickets are $85 per, plus tax and gratuity, and may be purchased online.
