Once Upon a Musical: Anything Goes
The evening will feature musical performances, a cocktail party and silent auction, with auction items available to view at the library beginning May 20.
Alison Cimmet, an actor, artist and producer from Hastings on Hudson will be directing the evening’s entertainment. She will be joined by accomplished vocalists and Broadway veterans Jamie Karen, Anitra Brooks, Jenn Gambatese, Nathan Klau and Nathan Scherich who will perform a cabaret of show tunes and standards at the event.
“This year we have more talent than ever before for our annual Gala,” said Sharon DeLevie, President of the Friends of the Hastings Public Library Board. “Six professional performers, most of them from Broadway, will be singing a selection of familiar and new songs with the theme “Anything Goes” to reflect the variety of selections. In addition, we have over 80 items for our Silent Auction ranging from jewelry to massage, gardening packages to an ice cream party. There is really something for everyone. We love holding this event for the Village, and all funds raised go directly to projects to improve the Library.”
Tickets are on sale online on the Hastings Library website Gala 2025 ticket page | Hastings-on-Hudson Public Library. In advance, tickets are $30 for members of the Friends of the Hastings Library or $40 for non-members and $50 at the door. Nonmembers can join the Friends of the Hastings Library for $30 to be eligible for a $30 ticket.
