As you may know, Ohana Farm sold out at our meeting on November 4, 2023. Since then, approximately 20 Buyers have canceled for various reasons. Therefore, we will be holding an event on Saturday, December 9, 2023 to assign these units to new Farmers who are interested in licensing the land under our 30-year program with an option to buy the fee once the condominium is completed. People on the reservation list or backup list will go first. New buyers are welcome and will be added to the list.
As you may know, Phase 1 has closed in fee and it is now held by Developer for the Farmers. They have started to move onto their property and started farming. We hope to have Phase 2 & 3 ready for Farmers to move on the land in the first quarter of 2024. If interested in owning a fee simple farm, please come to the meeting.

*The OFP “farming units” will be available based on the farmer's ability to qualify for financing and as a result of the filing of the OFP Condominium Map. With the filing of the Condominium Map, the city is able to issue Tax Map Keys (TMK) for the “farming units”.
*Developer Peter Savio will provide everyone with an outline of the “path forward” for OFP. Lenders will also be available to provide interested buyers with information on how to obtain financial loans for the purchase of the “farming units”. Interested buyers will then have an opportunity to be a part of a “lottery” for the purchase of an OFP “farming unit”.
