Ocean by David Attenborough Screening (+ Ocean Pavilion Marketplace 5-7 pm)
Join Sea Forward and Emergence Films for an inspiring evening celebrating the wonders of our ocean with the Bainbridge Island community. Explore the Ocean Pavilion Marketplace from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. to enjoy: ocean-themed food and drinks for purchase, live music featuring Steve Hall, art, booths from local ocean-focused organizations, and more.
Then, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., head over to the historic Lynwood Theatre for a free screening of Ocean by David Attenborough, diving into the beauty and mysteries of the deep blue sea. The film will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Rachel Noll James with Laura Francis, Sea Forward Fund Director, and Betsy Peabody, Founder of Puget Sound Restoration Fund, featuring insights from the recent UN Ocean Conference and local ocean engagement opportunities.
