Nutrtition: Natural, organic, GMO foods
Join us for our quarterly presentation about Nutrition to our Senior community. A representative from Penn Medicine's, Doylestown Health Outreach Department will discuss and help us to understand food labels regarding Natural, Organic and GMO foods. GMOs are Genetically Modified Organisms either plant, animal ormicroorganisms whose genetic material (DNA) has been altered using genetic engineering techniques, e.g., disease resistant plants.
