NORTHLAND GROOVE - NxtGn
Northland Groove is a group of first-year students at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire who strive to capture the dynamic, adventurous style of musicians like Charles Mingus and Thelonious Monk, and to promote each other’s musicality. This show features the works of artists such as Duke Ellington, Ceder Walton, Kendrick Lamar, and Miles Davis, with many unexpected twists along the way. Come out and treat yourself to some groovin’ jazz!
