Newark Area Cohousing is a forming, multigenerational cohousing community in the Newark, Delaware area, designed for people who want more connection, collaboration, and intentional living.
Cohousing offers a balance of private homes and shared spaces such as a common house, gardens, and other gathering areas that bring neighbors together.
Future neighbors help shape the community and take part in decisions about how they want to live.
