New Year’s Eve Dining at Hyatt Regency Hill Country
Ring in the New Year with a delicious dinner at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa.
The resort will host a prime rib dinner served with traditional holiday side dishes at its Springhouse Cafe. It is $40 per adult, children between six and 12 pay their age, and children five and younger dine free. Seating will be available on a first come first serve basis. The resort’s Antlers Lodge will also provide an a la carte menu throughout the evening.
Overnight guests can enjoy a family-friendly “Pajama Party” celebration featuring holiday arts & crafts, family games, a bouncy house, and more. Additionally, the resort will offer live music at its newly-added Woodbine Bar, a live DJ at Charlie’s Long Bar with a countdown and midnight toast.
Locals looking for a holiday staycation can take advantage of a special promotion. When guests book by January 1, 2025, they can receive rates as low as $199 per night including waived resort fees. The offer is valid on stays between now and March 7, 2025 and blackout dates apply.
