Join Certified Sound Therapist and Yoga Teacher Jessica Kirschner for a deeply restorative two-hour class that combines gentle Slow Flow Yoga with the healing power of Sound Healing. This unique class will begin with a 50-minute slow flow yoga sequence to stretch, relax, and rejuvenate your body after the holiday season, followed by a 60-minute immersive sound bath to soothe your mind and promote deep relaxation.
