Shelley Dungan and Greg Sabatino will guide a nourishing blend of reflective practices including quiet contemplation, intention setting, journaling, gentle mindful yoga and a deeply restorative sacred sound bath.
This mini retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, honor the lessons of the past year, and step into 2026 feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.
