New Year FitFest at Movement Golden
On Friday, January 17th Movement Golden will be hosting a New Year FitFest from 3-6pm. The event will have five 20-minute sample classes, fitness challenges, a scavenger hunt challenge, and local vendors, including a nutritionist.
Members will receive extra guest passes to bring family and friends, and non-members will be offered a discounted day pass.
