Neurodivergence What is it and How to Best Support it in the Workplace
Neurodivergence diagnoses are often missed in females as it often
presents differently than in males. So, as women and as employers,
it’s imperative we learn as much as we can. Nanette Negri, PhD
will detail what neurodivergence is and how we all fall somewhere
on the spectrum. You’ll learn the various diagnoses that fall under
its umbrella, and experience a few sensory exercises to feel the
experience in your own body. She will then cover important and
effective support strategies that can be useful in the workplace and
