What is the Ritual Reset, you ask?? This event is a ritual, nervous system reset designed to refresh and awaken your mind, body, and spirit! We create an intimate space to connect with your body, and awaken your spirit! Come meet others, and get refreshed and recentered for the week.
The evening will feature:

☀️ Movement - Aids in reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar.
☀️ Grounding - A mindfulness activity to release residual energy and recenter
☀️ Ice Bath - Highlight of the evening! Reduces inflammation, supports immune functions, and can improve muscular, neural and cardiovascular recovery.
☀️ Intention Setting - Tea reception to close out our ritual nervous system reset.
