Nassau County Museum of Art- Artist's Talk: Ben Schonzeit, Sunday, September 8, 3pm
Ben Schonzeit, American painter, sculptor and multi-disciplinary artist will share his inspiration and process of creating his extraordinary photorealist paintings using a sphere of photographic and found material which employ a myriad of different mediums and visual techniques. Schonzeit’s works are included in prominent collections around the world including The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, The Metropolitan Museum of Art , The Neue Nationalgalerie, Berlin, The Basel Kunstmuseum, The Denver Art Museum, and The Brooklyn Museum.
