Myths & Mysteries Guided Tour
The Armour-Stiner Octagon House has long been the subject of local lore, its rooms holding stories that go well beyond the ordinary house tour. From September 25 through November 2, 2026, Myths & Mysteries invites visitors into the enigmatic tales and personal accounts of the house's past residents, uncovering the secrets held within its walls. Expect narratives where the living and the ethereal sit close together, and come away with a deeper appreciation for just how strange and storied this house really is.
At the conclusion of the tour, visitors are invited to experience Remember You Must Die, a curated exhibition from the Memento Mori collection of Ryan Matthew Cohn featuring objects ranging from ancient artifacts to contemporary works and examining the ways past generations confronted mortality through art, ritual, memory, and spirituality.
Ages 12 and up only, please.
