My Colorful Emotions Workshop at the Newcastle Library
Ages 5 to 10 with adult.
Presented by a certified Creative Arts Therapist and Kids Coach.
Explore your feelings and learn calm down tools through art, music and games!
This workshop is designed to help children explore, express and regulate their emotions.
Children will create their own emotions wheel art project and will practice calming strategies to help them manage big emotions.
Limited seating. Tickets will be available 30 minutes before the event at the library.
