Musica Sacra Fall Concert
Under the direction of Dr. L. Brett Scott, Musica Sacra will perform Josef Haydn’s Harmoniemesse in addition to the world premiere of Receiving by award-winning composer Jessica French, on Sunday, October, 26, 2025 at 3 p.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption in Covington, KY, as part of their well-known concert series. A celebratory reception will follow the concert next door at Covington Latin School.
Since 1965, Musica Sacra has been dedicated to performing masterworks of sacred choral music in the spaces for which they were composed, free of charge, for the Greater Cincinnati community. We are an ensemble of dedicated, experienced choristers who are representative of Cincinnati’s diverse heritage, where all members of our chorus, orchestra and audience feel welcome, regardless of their ethnic, racial, religious, cultural or socio-economic background. As a 501(c)3, donations are gratefully accepted on our website or at any of our concerts.
