Mozzarella Making at Hi Wire Brewing
Ever wanted to try your hand at cheesemaking but weren’t sure where to begin? Join me at Hi-Wire Brewing in Knoxville, TN, for an interactive workshop where you’ll learn how to make "30-Minute Mozzarella" from scratch!
In this hands-on class, you’ll:
Learn the fundamentals of cheesemaking.
Discover the supplies needed to make cheese at home.
Make your very own batch of mozzarella to take with you!

Price: $50 per person (includes all supplies for making one batch of mozzarella).
