This year’s Mother’s Day Brunch features a prime rib carving station with au jus, creamed horseradish, and caramelized onions, alongside a broad selection of elevated brunch and entrée offerings. Highlights include peel-and-eat shrimp, seasonal seared catch of the day with yellow pepper coulis, herb grilled chicken with artichoke cream sauce, and classic brunch staples such as eggs benedict, Belgian waffles with fresh berries, and a made-to-order omelet station.
