Mother’s Day Brunch at Vermilion
Celebrate Mother’s Day at Vermilion, located on the mezzanine level of Winthrop Center in downtown Boston with sweeping city views. On Sunday, May 10, the restaurant will offer a family-style prix fixe brunch menu for $85 per person.
The brunch begins with shareable starters including tropical fruit salad, mango smoothie parfait, deviled eggs, and a pastry basket with house-made jam and whipped butter. Entrée selections include steak & eggs with hanger steak and fingerling potatoes, seared salmon with spring onions and peas à la française, eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce, and Boston cream pancakes with Bavarian cream and chocolate sauce.
