Mother's Day Brunch at Lincolnshire Marriott Resort
Featuring a Carving Station with Guajillo Crusted Roast Turkey Breast, Honey Baked Ham with Pineapple & Guava Sauce, and Herb Crusted Prime Rib; a Waffle Station with Strawberry Compote, whipped cream, bananas with foster sauce, chocolate chips and maple syrup; Chilled Seafood Display with Oyster on the half shell, peel & eat shrimp, Nova scotia lox and smoked white fish; Breakfast Buffet of bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, eggs benedict and Skillet Potatoes; Lunch Buffet including Oven Roasted pork loin, grilled chicken margherita, White Cheddar & Roasted Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Braised beef Mac & Cheese, and herb crusted whitefish with caper chimichurri; Salad Display, Omelet Station, Dessert Display of Chef’s assortment of mini pies, cakes, tarts and cookies, plus juice, coffee, champagne and bottomless mimosas included.
