Mother’s Day Brunch at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point
The menu features breakfast favorites including made-to-order omelets and waffles, a nitrate-free bacon, sausage, and roasted fingerling potatoes. Diners can also enjoy a gourmet salad bar, artisanal cheese, and charcuterie, a poke station, sushi rolls, and a chilled seafood bar with poached jumbo shrimp, crab claws, oysters. Additional selections will include slow-roasted prime rib, bourbon brown sugar-glazed ham, a 48- hour “Blue Moon” brine turkey breast, garlic-herb Gruyere cheese stuffed pork loin, and a butternut squash ravioli.
Finally, the meal will showcase an indulgent spread of more than a dozen house-made desserts, including red velvet cake, strawberry shortcake, tiramisu, banana cream tarts, cream puffs, and macarons.
