This iconic Scottsdale restaurant will be offering a specially curated Mother’s Day brunch menu, served until 2:00pm, perfect for honoring the amazing mothers in your life. Mother’s Day brunch highlights include:
- Chicken & Waffles with rosemary maple syrup and whipped butter – $24
- Prime Rib with Yukon mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and horseradish cream – $46
- Bananas Foster Pancakes – $18
- NY Strip Benedict topped with hollandaise, poached eggs, and roasted potatoes – $28
- Chorizo Hash with a 110-minute egg, potatoes, onions, poblano, Oaxaca cheese, and flour tortillas – $20
Following brunch service, Roaring Fork will resume its full dinner menu at 2:00pm, featuring guest favorites such as:
- Rainbow Trout with green beans, fried capers, toasted almonds, brown butter and grilled lemon
- Cedar Plank Salmon with teriyaki glaze, green bean salad and soy butter
- Roasted Duck with sugar chile cured, brussel sprouts, sweet onion jam, and cherry mustard sauce
- Boneless Buttermilk Fried Chicken with mashed potato and peppercorn gravy
