Mother's Day at Cascadia Restaurant and Bar
Enjoy your choice of grilled marinated flank steak with peppercorn red wine jus or oven roasted local salmon with dill lemon crème. Both entrees include delicious side dishes. Chef Tenzin has added shrimp cocktail, soup, salad and marionberry cheesecake with local berries with each entree. All for $49.00. Beautiful live guitar music will accompany dinner. The night is complete with a drawing for a beautiful "treat yourself" basket.
