Montrose International ScreenDance Festival
The Montrose International Screendance Festival is committed to fostering and strengthening the Chicago screendance community while celebrating the vibrancy of the global field. Through the art of dance on film, we create space for meaningful connection, collaboration, and exchange among dance film creatives. This year, MISDF will screen 20 juried films and announce winners in the following categories: Best of the Festival, Honorable Mention, First Time Filmmaker, and Top Local Favorite. The festival is divided in 5 screening sessions: International 10:00 - 11:00am, Feature 11:15 - 12:00pm, First-Time Filmmaker 12:15 - 1:00pm, Feature 1:15 - 2:20pm, and National 2:30 - 3:35pm.
