Monday Series Concert "Mirages of Time: An Evening of Chamber Jazz and Poetry" at ETOWN College
This special performance includes two sets with a 15-minute intermission and opens with, “If We Are Not Mirages,” an improvisatory set of poetry and chamber jazz loosely based on poems written by Denver Butson, featuring Mat Maneri, viola; Lucian Ban, piano; and Denver Butson, voice. The second set, “Transylvanian Dance,” includes selections from Ban (piano) and Maneri’s (Viola) duo record, “Transylvanian Dance (ECM, 2025).” Free and open to the public.
