Scotty Wright Quintet - What Is This Thing?
It’s what everyone talks about and thinks about. We search for it, yearn for it, and sometimes run from it. You guessed it: it’s the thing called love. Most of what we know about love, we learned from movies, plays, television, novels, and most importantly, songs. Music gives words and meanings to what we feel, and helps us express what we try to say. Jazz singer Scotty Wright and his colleagues present a selection of songs that explore the many moods and emotions associated with this thing called love.
