Monday Mixer Workout at Scottsdale Fashion Square

National fitness phenom Movement by MK will lead the session, and as the March nonprofit beneficiary, Children’s Cancer Network will receive 100% of proceeds from the event. The Monday Mixers series welcomes participants for an invigorating scenic sunset workout, followed by the chance to enjoy a post-workout reward visiting their favorite Scottsdale Fashion Square retailers and restaurants. Each session transforms the rooftop of the Purple Garage (located behind Toca Madera, across from Dillard’s) into an outdoor fitness studio with spectacular views of Camelback Mountain and magnificent sunsets for a unique workout experience that fosters connections between mind, body and soul. Mary Kate of Movement by MK will lead the March session with a workout that blends movement, mindset and mindfulness to build confidence. The class focuses on movement as medicine through high-intensity and strength training exercises you can do anywhere, anytime, while DJ Thomas Gray adds lively entertainment. Participants at all levels, beginner to advanced, are welcome. All proceeds from the March Mixers event will go to Children's Cancer Network, a nonprofit organization that supports children throughout their cancer journey to maximize positive outcomes.
