MONDAY BEGINNER TAI CHI FOUNDATION SET w/ TAI CHI TRADITIONS STARTS OCT. 6 @ PALM HARBOR PARKS & REC
Through demonstration and guided practice, we help you learn the gentle movements of tai chi, a moving meditation, to improve your overall physical and mental well-being, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Tai Chi Traditions is a 501(c)(3) Florida Nonprofit Charitable Organization dedicated to teaching tai chi in Pinellas County, Florida. All of us – board members, instructors, set leaders, and administrative staff – volunteer our time to bring tai chi to our community.
We offer classes in Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and Tarpon Springs:
• Beginner Full Set
• Beginner Foundation Set: Moves 1 - 17
• Continuing/Intermediate
• Continuing/Advanced
• Seated, aka Chair Tai Chi (ongoing)
All are welcome. Have fun, and do something good for your body and your mind. With the holiday season approaching, NOW is a great time to learn tai chi.
