Are you ready to get your workout in while your baby stays with you?
This 6-week workshop is geared towards moms who are at least 6 weeks postpartum (check with your doctor) to work out with their babies (aged 6 weeks to toddler aged). If that is you then come give Mommy & Me Movement a try
Great for people of all activity levels. Start early setting the “active life” example for your children and get back into shape while bonding with your baby.
