Learn yoga poses that support your core and pelvic floor while strengthening your bond with baby.
In this workshop, we will lead you through poses with your baby, while discussing safe ways to support your postpartum body and nurture your baby’s development. This workshop is designed for moms who are at least 8 weeks postpartum (and cleared by a medical professional for exercise) and baby until they are crawling independently. Dr. Emily Mason is a pelvic floor physical therapist, yoga instructor, and women’s health coach who is passionate about pelvic health and wellness. Dr. Naty Brus is a pediatric physical therapist who is an expert in infant development. Registration required.
