Molina Healthcare of Illinois and YWCA Metropolitan Chicago Host Health and Resource Fair
Molina Healthcare of Illinois (“Molina”) is partnering with YWCA Metropolitan Chicago to host a free Health and Resource Fair. Through this free, family-friendly event, Chicago residents can access community resources and health information along with food and refreshments, giveaways and prizes. Molina representatives will be on-site providing free health checks and offering healthy smoothies powered by attendees on the Molina smoothie bike. Registration is required.
In Illinois, over 17.4% of adults report they do not have a personal doctor or healthcare provider. Through this event, Molina and community partners are working to close that gap by expanding access to preventive care and health resources at no cost. This initiative is just one component of Molina’s work to build healthier communities.
