Mint Cannabis' Monroe Dispensary Gives Veterans a Free Eighth on Veterans Day + 22% Discount
The Mint designated its Veterans discount at 22% because 22 Veterans lose their battle to post-traumatic stress disorder in the U.S. every day. That is one Veteran every 65 minutes.
Customers 21 and older only need to present their military identification at checkout to receive the discount. The military identification could be in the form of a Military ID, a U.S. Uniformed Services Identification Card, or a U.S. Uniformed Services Retired Identification Card.
With more than half a million Veterans living in Michigan, focusing on Veterans’ issues is important to the Mint team, especially given the disproportionate rates of post-traumatic stress disorder, unemployment, and homelessness among those who have served and sacrificed.
