    01/29/2025 07:00 PM 01/29/2025 08:30 PM America/Atikokan MILL CITY CARAVAN Mill City Caravan originally started in 2019 as a group of teachers and friends wanting to expand their experience playing hot club style jazz. Since then, they have expanded to incorporate latin, pop, and fusion styles into their repertoire. Sophia Butler (violin) teaches at South High School in Minneapolis and also plays often in the tango community. Nicholas Wilson (guitar) teaches at Roosevelt high school in Minneapolis and plays with other big bands in the Twin Cities. Mike Obert (cello) teaches private lessons and is principal cellist with the Golden Valley Symphony.
