Join us for a free, energizing, and impactful Men's Health Summit, taking place right at the mall entrance of DICK's House of Sport! Welcome gift for first 50 to attend!
This summit is designed to bring men (and women, too!) of all backgrounds together in the spirit of wellness, community, and empowerment. The event will kick off with a 45 min group workout class led by @levelupmobilegym to get your heart pumping and set tone for the day.
Following the workout, engage in an inspiring Men's Panel, where a lineup of special guest speakers will share personal stories, discuss men's mental & physical health, and provide actionable insights on living a well-balanced life.
Enjoy wellness shots provided by Pura Vida Dadeland, plus explore a curated selection of wellness vendors to recover and get some tasteful bites. Don't forget to capture the moment with friends at our photobooth.
